Artist
Nellie Florence is an obscure blues vocalist who recorded two songs for Columbia in the late 1920s, accompanied by Barbecue Bob (also known as Bobby Hicks), who has been cited in various sources as being a good friend of Florence's. The recording session took place in Atlanta, with Bob and Charles Hicks coming over from nearby Columbia, South Carolina. No other recordings have ever been located involving Florence.
