An Australian groove metal band from the heart of Wollongong, NSW. The current lineup came together in 2008 featuring Dave Tinelt (vocals), Damon Bishop (guitar), Paul Gilroy (drums) and Rob Giles (bass). So far Nekrofeist have self funded and self-produced two music videos, for the songs Nerve Rack (2008) and Kills Everything (2009). An arts grant enabled them to produce their debut EP and intend further recordings in 2011. Members were influenced by numerous bands but agree on the following artists Anthrax, Devildriver, (Early) Metallica, Black Label Society, Alice In Chains, Testament, Slayer, Megadeth, Rob/White Zombie, Suicidal Tendencies, Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, Iron Maiden, Pantera, Prong, Machine Head.
