Large Professor is arguably one of the most influential producers to come out of the Golden Era of Hip-Hop. From producing classics such as the bulk of Nas’ masterpiece “Illmatic,” to working with Kool G Rap, DJ Polo and A Tribe Called Quest, Large Professor’s resume is unparalleled. Neek The Exotic, whose freshman release featured production from Large Professor, is now set to release his first collaboration full length, “Still On The Hustle”. Together, Neek and Large Pro have created an album that is of the Golden Era that birthed their careers, yet “Still On The Hustle” still remains very relevant to 2011. Features from Joell Ortiz and guest production from Marco Polo, Carnage and Lord Finesse. Though their career paths have always intertwined, Neek the Exotic and Large Professor's Still on the Hustle marks the first true collaboration in both legends' long, eclectic oeuvre. Large Professor earned his place in the pantheon of hip-hop heavyweights by founding Main Source and producing songs for Nas' Illmatic and Kool G Rap's Wanted Dead or Alive.
