NDONGO YII « NDONGO YII » Stands for pupils, students, disciples, novices, postulants. GEOGRAPHICAL (SITUATION) NDONGO YII is from Nianing a village which is 10 km south of Mbour and 102 km south of DAKAR. It is part of the Rural Community of MALICOUNDA. This small resort village welcomes people from around the world in two of the biggest and greastest hotels in Senegal namely “the ALDIANA CLUB HOTEL and DOMAIN of NIANING HOTEL”. Even if the geographical situation is some what wanting as DAKAR not that near and has in its midst all the economic out come of Senegalese music, the NDONGO YII GROUP claim their being from NIANING and are proud of their status. FORCES -Their “BAYE FALL”(Work, Love, Right, and Submission) -Their very strong group cansciousness -Their capacity to sing in various Languages. -Their originality as regards both subject matter and musical from (a number of musical style is deal with ) -Their commitment, ambition and indomitable will.
