Navet Confit is the name of the musical project of independent multi-instrumentalist Jean-Philippe Fréchette. From Quebec, he now lives in Montreal. After a long string of recordings, dating back to 2000, he launched his first full album titled LP1 in beginning of 2006. When playing live, he's joined by Carl-Éric Hudon (Bass), Alex Champigny (Guitar and keyboard) as well as Lydia Champagne (Drums).
