Nature in a Box is a Stoner Rock band hailing from The Hague, Netherlands. The band was formed in 2009 by Bas Trumpie (Lead Guitar), Marijn Coers (Vocals, Guitar), Niels Verboom (Bass Guitar), Tom Smits (Drums). Over the course of 2010 and early 2011 they more or less took any gig opportunity they could get in their hometown and areas around it. Despite not having any widespread acclaim yet further than their own hometown, their activity led to quite the acclaim, enough for them to getting to record and release their debut EP in June 2011 titled "What doesn't kill you... Makes you higher", which would only build on their already reasonably growing popularity. Nature in a Box' influence lies primarily in Classic Rock acts from Hard Rock, Stoner and Prog origins, but also listed various modern Rock acts as influence on their work.
