Native Roses are Jacob Stevens, James Knaggs, Jessica Illsley and Moses Bogarde. They are a Brighton based band. Source Magazine, Brighton, describes their sound as Appalachian ballad mixed with rugged British rock’n’roll. They have released a four track EP this year and are currently cutting a record. The band members are James Knaggs, Jacob Stevens, Moses Bogarde, Jessica Illsey and Jasmine, aka Birdy, who has a solo recording contract with Atlantic. She provides the voice of the female sock in the video.
