Nasenbluten was an Australian hardcore, terror, and breakbeat act from Newcastle, New South Wales, active in the 1990s. The group described its style as "cheapcore". Its members were Mark Newlands, also known as Overcast and Mark N, Aaron Lubinski, also known as Xylocaine, and David Melo, also known as Disassembler. The group became known for its early and influential releases on Industrial Strength Records. The name "Nasenbluten" is a German word meaning "nosebleed". The group was formed in 1992 and initially performed at house parties before releasing self-produced cassette recordings in 1993 on Dead Girl Records, a label founded by Aaron Lubinski and stylized as dEAdGirL. In 1994, after signing to Industrial Strength Records, Mark Newlands established Bloody Fist Records later that same year.
