Nanaki’s View is a one-man band that celebrates the music of video games in a hard rock/metal style. This project was born in June 2005, when guitarist Chris Holland and drummer Steve Schwegler recorded a cover of a Final Fantasy VII tune. After collaborating on several more Final Fantasy VII covers, Chris eventually took over drum duties, and began to add bass and keyboards to the recordings as well. As of early 2008, Nanaki's View moved on from solely covering Final Fantasy music to covering music from old-school Nintendo games as well.
