NOISEMAKER is a Japanese alternative nu-metal/loud rock band from Sapporo. Members: Vocals: AG Guitar: HIDE Bass: YU-Ki Drums: UTA History: Since the day of their formation, the band has been looking for a new sound, mixing rock, metal and hip-hop. The began in Sapporo when brothers AG and HIDE started writing music together. Bassist YU-KI and drummer UTA joined soon after, and by 2009 the four were operating as a steady unit. Their first success was reached with the release of their first full album βThe 6 matters of the 6β³ in 2009, and shortly after, the band went on a country wide tour. Through the early 2010s they kept releasing new material and building momentum. The mini-album MAZE came out in 2014. In 2015 they released NEO, which marked their step into the major scene and opened doors to larger venues and festival slots. Their next full album, ROAR, arrived in 2016 and pushed them further onto national stages. More releases followed in quick succession. RED APHELION came out in 2017, then RARA in 2019. During this period they toured heavily, including a Quattro tour with stops in Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka and a hometown show in Sapporo. Many dates sold out and helped solidify their reputation as a tight and energetic live act. Later in 2019 they released the single MAJOR-MINOR and supported it with another run of shows. In 2020 they put out the EP H.U.E., which earned them their strongest chart results so far. The planned tour had to be postponed, so they switched
