Natali Thanou (Serbian: Натали Тану, Greek: Νάταλι Θάνου), born Наталија Шоша on January 6th, 1983 in Belgrade, is a successful serbian singer and supermodel. She speaks 4 languages, Serbian, Greek, English and French and has won numerous awards and titles, including Playmate of the Year 2007 in Greece. In late 2007 she decided to pursue a music career, singing at the popular live scene in Athens, where she had a huge success and stood out for her outstanding performing skills. Her debut single "Why Not?" was released in early 2008, has been awarded 3x Platinum, for the shipment of over 20,000 physical copies and was the first single to be given a Platinum certification of selling over 40,000 digital copies. Her music video for "Why Not?" is rumoured to be the most expensive video to date by a greek artist and was nominated for Video of the Year at the 2008 Mad Video Music Awards but eventually lost to "Ψηλά το κεφάλι" by Goin' Through. In December 2008 it was announced through her official myspace page that her next single would be "Τέρμα", to be released in early 2009, while her debut album is set for a late 2009 release.
