It was about 20 years (1994 to be exact), when the world was officially introduced to DJ 20/20. DJ 20/20 is recognized for being the Producer and DJ of The Gee-street / Island Records recording group Mysterme & DJ 20/20 and has also been recognized as one of New York’s top Club, Mixtape and Street DJ’s back in 1993. DJ 20/20 has a great track record for having 6 (six) recording deals under his belt as a Producer, DJ and Studio Engineer, with past recording labels like: Sleeping Bag Records (FRESH), Vintertainment Records, Big Beat Records, Big East Records (B-Boy), All City Recordings (ACP), Gee-Street And Island Records. The funny thing about it all, nobody ever knew DJ 20/20 was a Rapper in the beginning of it all, performing at Clubs, Lounges, Various Talent Shows, Street Jams back in the 80’s and 90’s and Most High School Events. Text Box: DJ 20/20 broke into the mainstream on Gee-Street / 4th & B’Way Records with the classic single “Unsolved Mysterme” from his freshman Island Records album “Let Me Explain” in 1994 featuring rapper an High School friend Mysterme. “Unsolved Mysterme” was recorded on All City Recordings first as a B-Side to Mc Sway, King Tech (MTV News, but first on KMEL Radio In California and famous from the song “Follow 4 Now”) and Joe Quixx’s Song Called “Bust Your Rhymes”.
