The band consists of Syn Taguchi (vocals), Naoki Hoshi (guitars), Hiroshi Tomita (guitars), Minoru Makita (bass) and Atsushi Miyata (drums). Myocardial Infarction's past members are Akihiro Muto (vocals), Futoshi Sugoh (guitar) and Takeshi Funayama (bass). The band is signed to Brutal Minds.
