My Sister Spectre were founded in the summer of 2008 in Zhitomir. Members: Igor – guitar, voice; Bodya – bass; and don’t you believe if you’ll read somewhere some pretentious names they like to make up for themselves. In 2009 their first recording was released as «Retro Spectual EP», which was a surprise for My Sister Spectre themselves – label released their first raw recording without their knowledge. In comparison to this EP, for now sound and songwriting of the band remarkably changed. My Sister Spectre performed live a lot in Zhitomir and also in Kiev, Sevastopol; they’re famous for their striking live performances. Currently, musicians from MSS play in electronic project Perfect Decade. Last recordings of their noise rock outfit can be found on «Aloof Side EP» and on «Sbornik» compilation by Sevastopol-based label Prick.
