This club habit soon turned in to an addiction of buying 12 inch records which is now an extensive vinyl library. Since then Murat has come a long way in establishing his career as a serious player on the underground music scene globally, with regular appearances at some of the world’s top clubs and production skills that are being sought after from many forward thinking record labels. As a DJ, Murat is steadfast with over 10 years experience always armed with fresh music. He has been avidly collecting vinyl since his early teens, but is no stranger to technology performing with Traktor, midi controllers and CDJs as required. His sets are creative and unique, smoothly genre crossing between deep house, techno and disco. In the last few years, Murat has had played in some of the noteworthy clubs around the world including Watergate Berlin, Electric Pickle Miami, the End London and further afield at Burning Man in the USA and Sunrise in Salvador, Brazil. With valuable deck time through his 5 year residency at Sydney institution SPICE, his sets cater for the chin strokers and frivolous partygoers alike.
