Mr. Morbid & Melph is a hardcore hiphop duo from the Netherlands. The two have met each other in 2002, after both being around in the underground hiphop scene for quite a while. The duo released their first song in 2006, titled “Alone in the Dark” featuring Lord Lhus and Venom. After releasing their first song it took 5 years until Mr. Morbid and Melph teamed up in the studio again, which resulted in their 2011 EP “Release The Demons”, which was also shot a video for titled “My Type of Shit”. After the release of their debut EP the two have been determined to work on new material and rock many live shows. Mr. Morbid BIO: Mr. Morbid is an emcee born in 1980, hailing from Middelburg, the Netherlands. He started listening to hiphop at a young age. Inspired by artists like Big Daddy Kane, Kool G Rap, Ice-T and many others he decided to start rhyming himself. So at the age of 17 he was writing rhymes, doing shows and freestyling on a regular basis. Always improving his rhyming skills along the way, he was determined to be a part of the underground hiphop scene. Inspired by a combination of horror movies, heavy metal, and serial killers. Mr.Morbid became known as an mc that dropped that raw dark lyricism. Like every underground mc, Mr. Morbid faced the daily struggle of doing countless shows, open mics, and recording sessions.
