Real Name: J.C Oliva Profile: Born and raised in San Francisco's Mission district as a proud Latin, J.C Oliva, aka Mr. Kee, knew at an early age of twelve that his passion for music was going to be his future. Hard work, high goals, and relentless determination has paved the way thus far, and continues to fuel his lifelong quest of doing what he loves to do, rap. Following the blueprints laid by independent gurus E-40 and JT The Bigga Figga, Kee at the age of 17, started his own record label Sticky Style Recordz and released his debut E.P. Livin' On The Ultimate High. Selling half through distribution, and the other half through self-determination, Mr. Kee's name began buzzing around the Bay Area, creating a cult-like following in the bay area and Central Valley. Kee continued to build himself a name with the release of his second independent album, From The Womb To The Tomb. An album made up of Kee, his brother Sidewayz Valentino, and cousin Duke Shiesty, under the group moniker I.T.P.G. Soon after the record was released on the market, word in the industry rapidly grew. Mr. Kee's reputation for his dynamic vocal presence coupled with his in-depth story telling abilities, caught the ears of local record labels, and Kee eventually signed with the compilation powerhouse, Black-N-Brown Entertainment, becoming their first and premier solo artist. His debut LP, 14 Kt. Dreams, which sound scanned 13,000 units, featured Mr. Kee alongside some of the Bay Area's elite, including B
