Motel Blonde was a rock band from Cleveland, Ohio. The brothers Doug and Dave McKean formed this band right after their former band, The GC5 broke up. Ryan Foltz joined on the bass after he left the Dropkick Murphys. They recorded one full-length album, entitled Blonde-Eyed Blues, which they never officially released, and appeared on a Thick Records compilation CD. Motel Blonde broke up in march of 2004. Doug joined Rosavelt, and formed Doug McKean & The Stuntmen. Dave is now playing with The Magpies (formerly Roger Hoover & The Whiskeyhounds), and Ryan joined Elephant Bones.
