Mose Platt (Artist: Mose (Clear Rock) Platt or Mose "Clear Rock" Platt) was an African-American folk singer. He spent the majority of his life in Texas prisons, and was first recorded in prison by John Lomax in 1933, when Platt was 71. He was later pardoned and released from prison.
