There are at least four groups of musicians calling themselves "Mosaic." One is a rock band, one a classical music quartet, one is a black metal band from Germany, & one is an electronic producer from the UK. For the '70s French avant-prog band use Mosaïc 1. Mosaic (Slovenia) was formed in 2002. Although the band doesn't like to place themselves amoung various styles, they defined themselves something like Alternative Rock-Grunge in more modern change. At the beginnig the band played mostly covers like Incubus, Pearl Jam, Creed, Stone Temple Pilots, Fuel... But soon they started to create their own music. After a period of search of their own sound and style of music they decided to record a promo CD " STIK" on which you can hear a part of their work. Mosaic is a one man black metal band from Thuringia, Germany created in 2006. Currently signed to I, Voidhanger Records, they have released two splits.
