Lindsey was a composer of motion pictures including I Could Go On SInging, The Best Man, Real Life, Stolen Hours, and Gay Purree."" Lindsey won a Grammy award for Judy Garland at Carnegie Hall and an Emmy Award for Barbra Streisand in Central Park. Lindsey attended Newark Arts High School.
