Morning For The Masses was an experimental rock/post-hardcore band from Baltimore, Maryland, United States. Morning For The Masses blend clean indie-rock dream-like sequences with the dirty rawhooks of hardcore. The group consisted of: Andrew Russell (guitars & vocals), Benjamin Seaward Hirschhorn (vocals), Colin James Robson (Guitars), Matthew Edward Lewis Hall (Drums, Bass & Keyboard) They were influenced by many bands like Alexisonfire, Jimmy Eat World, Hot Water Music. The band formed in September of 2003, after their previous band Mr. Vas Deferens disbanded. Jason, Andrew, and Jeff began playing together since the summer before their sophomore year of high school. The three continued playing together and experimenting with each of their respective influences since then, and after a short time with singer Drew, the band came across Ben in September 2003. For whatever reason, the four clicked musically right away and began an interesting and rewarding songwriting process. After a short bout of recording and polishing up songs the band got their start gigging at the Charm City Art Space in November 2003. In March of 2004, the band added a second guitarist. They recruited another, one CJ Robson, to take the weapon and handle it as he only could. They have garnered the attention of a European management and promotions company and are recording a studio their song "Call This Treason" for release on a compilation, with bands such as 7 seconds, MxPx, Senses Fail and other su
