I give you Morgue Toad, the one man band of Manuel Something-or-other, long standing member of the southern california DIY acoustic screamo scene. Manny's latest effort, The Great Bargain, continues his tradition of fast and quick songs played in minor chords with distinctive sometimes-offkey, always honest, vochals. Rumor has it the album was recorded in one sitting during one late-night creative burst fueled by alcohol and an obsession over an internet crush.
