Morgan Avenue are a 4 piece Hard rock/Alt rock band . Morgan Avenue formed in late summer 2007 in North Brooklyn. Maude and Lachlan met and decided to write some tunes. Early 2008 it was determined that a full band must convene and it was around that time that they were hit up by Sabella Studios.. After recording "The New York a-Go-Go" they set about completing the line up. The first show was in November 2008. Maude is from Richmond Virginia. Lachlan is from Scotland. Dennis comes from Connecticut Blending a mix of punk, metal, blues, 60's and 70's influence you get an eclectic mix of groove and genre from this hard rockin' four piece. The main issue for Morgan Avenue is to complement the styles that make up the backbone of the band; the groove, lyrics and melody. Having played many gigs at the end of 2008, Morgan Avenue continue to blast the NYC scene.
