Christchurch, NZ band 'Mona Vale Falls' produce a seamless blend of rock and post-hardcore that incorporates elements of emo. They aim to create music that makes people think and feel whilst creating new memories with their frantic live show and dynamic songs. Current members include: Mark Palalagi (Vocals) Malisa Palalagi (Bass) Aaron Gilligan (Drums) -Due to a recent change in lineup, the band is currently looking for guitarists. As the brainchild of Mark Palalagi 'Mona Vale Falls' had been in the pipeline for over 2 years before the band finally came to fruition mid 2005. Armed with a handful of songs (not suited to his other projects) and a collective of good friends from other local bands, Mona Vale Falls were ready to take on the world. In 2007 the band released their first EP 'A Reference Away, A Departure Towards' which gained great responses from the public and critics alike.
