MOLDANAZAR is a five member indie-rock/synthpop band from Almaty, Kazakhstan. The band was formed in 2014 by singer-songwriter Galymzhan Moldanazar. The band also consist of Ilkhom Saidmuratov (guitar), Alexey Sonin (bass), Vladimir Zenchenko (keyboard) and Evgeniy Nikulin (drums) Galymzhan Moldanazar (Kaz: Ғалымжан Молданазар) is born on October 20, 1988 in Almaty, Kazakhstan. He is the key figure for the MOLDANAZAR band, and began his career as solo artist releasing songs independently. He is a producer, song-writer and vocalist. He is composing all of MOLDANAZAR's songs. MOLDANAZAR is mixing genres between rock music and synth pop. All of their songs are performed in Kazakh language. The band is releasing all of their songs with the Kazakh latin alphabet.
