Artist
Molahlehi, which means "the lost one" in the South Sotho language, is the nickname of an unknown South African singer who recorded ten demo tracks in 1986, promising to return later for another session. After two years, producer Les Goode added bass and percussion to the tracks, mixed them, and released the music on the Reamusic label. The unknown artist was dubbed Molahlehi. The album was a major success, but despite requests by radio announcers for the singer to come forward, he has never been heard from again.
