Modern Cubism is the gathering of various personalities around a common project: the transposition of poetry into music. The album dedicated to Charles BAUDELAIRE is the first piece of a triptych and is now available, featuring 13 tracks from "Les Fleurs du Mal" and other works. The band is already working on the second album around Geo NORGE poems. Singing poetry on electronic music, only a few did dare it so far; it was an attractive challenge. To combine sounds and electronic melody, lyrical singing and texts brings an innovating dimension to contemporary electronic music, sometimes very bitter, very dark but in complete symbiosis with our artistic view. This is the debut album from Modern Cubism, bringing on vocals nobody else than Front 242's Jean-Luc De Meyer and fantastic guests.
