Mister Pink are a four-person musical collective from Ashburton, New Zealand comprising Matthew Gunn (vocals, guitar, synthesizer, noises), Rhys Gerken (guitar), Daniel Wylie (bass guitar) and Teyler Hayes (drums). Mister Pink share a fascination with 80's/90's alternative rock bands such as The Cure, Pixies, Nirvana, Sonic Youth and Smashing Pumpkins, which fuses with their love for the more modern sounds of such bands as Late of the Pier, The Rapture and Hot Chip.
