When the siblings Malin and Martin Mellström started writing and recording the song that eventually would become "Now, Please Be", they couldn't foresee how Mist Signal would evolve from a hobby project to something much more. Coming from two very diverse musical backgrounds, they decided to go in a different direction from any of their previous work. Shortly after finishing "Now, Please Be", they wrote "This Day" and the responses they got were extremely positive, which made them realize that they were on to something, Therefore they decided to write songs in the same vein and Mist Signal was born. With "Waiting Still" they have completed their first demo called "Happy Elephant". Now they are ready for the next chapter, which is putting together a solid group, to be able to perform the music live.
