Miss Caffeina is an indie pop/rock group from Spain, formed in Madrid in 2006. The band's current lineup features Alberto Jiménez (vocals), Sergio Sonal (guitar), Antonio Poza (bass), and Álvaro Navarro (keyboards). The band initially gained recognition with a series of EPs, including Destrucción Creativa (2007), En Marte y Carrusel (2008), and Magnética (2009). Their debut full-length album, Imposibilidad del fenómeno, was released in 2010. Following a self-titled EP in 2011, the band released their sophomore album, De Polvo y Flores (2013). Their sound evolved significantly with the release of their third album, Detroit (2016), which featured the hit single "Mira cómo vuelo." In 2019, they released their fourth studio album, Oh Long Johnson, which achieved major commercial success, reaching number one on the Spanish charts. This was followed by El año del tigre in 2022. The group maintained their high profile with major appearances in 2024, including competing in the Benidorm Fest 2024 (the Spanish national selection show for the Eurovision Song Contest). That same year, they composed and performed "Cuando acabe el verano," the official theme song for the Vuelta a España cycling race. Their latest work is their sixth studio album, BUENASUERTE, which was released on October 17, 2025.
