Mira Anna Maria Luoti (born February 28, 1978 in Pori, Finland) is a Finnish singer, songwriter and actress. She is best known as one of the two lead vocalists of the pop duo PMMP, alongside Paula Vesala. The band formed in 2002 and released five studio albums: Kuulkaas enot! (2003), Kovemmat kädet (2005), Leskiäidin tyttäret (2006), Veden varaan (2009) and Rakkaudesta (2012). PMMP became one of the most successful Finnish pop acts of the 2000s before ending its career in 2013. Luoti began her solo career with the album Tunnelivisio, released on September 16, 2016 and produced by Arto Tuunela (Pariisin Kevät). Her second solo album, Haureuden valtatie, followed on September 13, 2019. Songs from her solo career include “Pinnan alla”, “Tunnelivisio”, “Meikkaava messias”, “Harakiri”, “Plää plää plää” and “Yksi syy”. Outside her solo work, Luoti has also collaborated on other projects, including Maanalainen Armeija, whose debut album I was released in 2020. In addition to music, she has appeared in television programs such as Vain elämää (2018) and Myyrä (2021), and has worked in theatre and other cultural productions.
