A hard band to pin down, Minor Procedure features harsh & aggressive industrial rhythms & textures supporting gothic-progressive melodies accented by elements of hardcore & noise, creating a thick, heavy electro-psychedelia that defies established sub-genres. Sometimes raw & emotional, sometimes polished & intricate, sometimes beautiful, sometimes disturbing -- but always uniquely Minor Procedure. Programmer Jonathan Wright began in 1991, and hooked up with Acid Fist X (Jim LeClaire, Eric Simons, Paul Galgolzy) in 1993, playing shows in South Florida with local acts & opening for nationals. In 1997 he produced a well received remix for Revelation/Crisis act Shai Hulud. He returned to his hometown of Nashville, and in 2000 released the compilation CD "Early Submissions: 1992-1999". This was followed by "Let 100 Flowers Bloom" in 2001, which interleaved remastered Acid Fist X recordings with new Minor Procedure material.
