Artist
There are two artists with the name Minor Miracles, (1) an indie pop band from Atlanta and (2) a Chicago-based band. (1)Minor Miracles began in December and January of 2010 when Mike Lowery (a freelance artist) set up his studio in a five hundred year old house in the (very) rural Völksen, Germany.... the house where his wife had grown up. Their self-titled EP is due out Summer 2013 and they are currently recording their full length, tentatively titled "Völksen". (2)The Chicago-based band is comprised of core members James Hollis (banjo, guitar, vocals) Ian Iott (bass, guitar, piano) Engin Hassamanci (electric guitar) and Melyn McKay (vocals, lyrics). and got its start after Hollis and McKay met in the summer of 2010. The band formed slowly, gaining
