June 2005. A few guys wanted to create a band, and manage to find some people to join them. This is where 'June 1st' starts. June 1st was actually the very beginning of Mindsupply. Only after a few rehearsals Stella (guitar) thought there was no use for rehearsing anymore and the band (if you could even call it that way) fell pretty much apart. Joran still wanted to be in a band and Guido, Marijn and Steven (bass) thought that was a good idea. They managed to get a studio where they could do their rehearsals every Sunday. The new name of the band was Mindsupply. Guido's brother, Pascal, soon joined the band. It was the very same day Pascal made his first appearance when Steven decided to quit the band. The next week the first song was born (Perfect Tyranny) but still, there was no bass-player. That's when Emma showed up. She fitted quite well but after a few months she felt it wasn't really her style. One or two weeks later Jaël joined the band, and it has been going on ever since. On the 17th of September 2006, the first song was recorded. On July 16th 2007, vocalist Marijn left the band. It's been silent around the band every since.
