Milica was born in Kragujevac, Serbia (then Yugoslavia) on October 9, 1989. She was an excellent student, and she went to swimming, dancing and acting lessons, while playing flute. She got famous by a regional show, Operacija Trijumf in 2008, where she finished 8th, but gained a lot of popularity across the region with her first single, Savrseni par, which had its premiere on January 5, on the finale of the show Operacija Trijumf. It was one of the most successful songs in 2009, and it has over 1 million views on YouTube. She tried to represent Serbia on Eurovision 2009 with her show-partner, Danijel Pavlovic, with the song H8er, but only reached 8th place in the Final. In July 2009, along with Danijel and also show-partner Ana Bebic, Milica performed on a festival Suncane Skale in Herceg Novi, Montenegro, with the song 'Rodjeni sa greskom', where they finished on the 9th place. She released a new song in September 2009, Svaka tvoja laz, which was successful, but not as successful as her first solo single. 2010. was a tough year for Milica, she barely appeared in press, until the press revealed the story that Milica tried to kill herself - twice.
