A talented multi-instrumentalist, Mike has composed music for The 2+2=5 Ensemble, and collaborated with fiffdimension, Urban Tramper, Francesca Mountfort and frey, Banias, The Circus Machine, and in the trio The Winter. Singing into the void: Hail Internet! Behold my presence! Mike has been playing music ever since he discovered that it was the most fun thing to do - even better than gardening, or watching cartoons. Although gardening is fairly fundamental. Vegetables are more important than music, but only just. Since fleeing suburbia, he has been channelling himself into all manner of instruments. Despite an extended period of vowing never to enter the domain of singer songwriter-dom, it eventually happened anyway: whilst travelling in 2006, songs with words began to happen.
