Miguel Ángel Tolosa is a composer and sound engineer based in Madrid and Cologne. He studied composition with Antoine Beuger in Haan (Germany) and electroacoustic music with Jean Claude Risset (Madrid) and Eduardo Polonio (Madrid). He studied sound engineering, working on recordings as an engineer and producer for many artists and labels. His electroacoustic works have been released on the labels Winds Measure recordings (USA), NonVisualObjects (Austria), Twenty Hertz (UK), Drone Records (Germany), Mystery Sea (Belgium) among others. His scores have been premiered by internationally acclaimed performers like Alessandra Rombolá (flute), John McAlpine (piano), Markus Kaiser (cello), Burkhard Schlothauer (violin) or one of the most recognized European trios for contemporary music, Trio Arbós.
