Michelle Lang and Still Water have won numerous regional awards including 2008 Best Urban Contemporary Group and 2008 Best Urban Contemporary Female Vocalist. They also were the 2007 ITM Award Winners for Best Crossover and Best Collaboration, Duo or Group for their hit song Hero from the Paint project. They were also the KNHC 89.5 2006 recipient of the award for Best Contemporary Duo or Group. MLSW won the KUBE 93 Pre-Summer Jam Show in 2003 and have performed in front of a vast array of audiences from shows like the 2006 Tom Joyner Sky Show in Las Vegas, the famous Beale Street in Memphis, TN and the Bumpershoot Festival in Seattle, WA to the quaint Single Mother's Brunch and the raucous college weekend Band Fest! In addition to the many conferences and festivals MLSW has participated in, MLSW is gaining national recognition with established Gospel artists.
