An accomplished singer-songwriter, Michelle Anthony is a KC native, Milwaukee transplant and currently calls Austin, TX her home. Her debut album, ‘Stand Fall Repeat,’ was recorded with the late-great Jay Bennett (ex-Wilco) in 2004, and led to Mountain Stage performance. She quickly followed up her debut with her second release, ‘Frozenstarpalace’, in 2006. "Tornadoes", her third album, was released in November 2010, the first in four years after becoming a mother of two, and overcoming HELLP syndrome while pregnant with her firstborn. She has contributed piano and bass on recordings for other artists, including keyboard work for The Silos.
