Surely you've heard of this legendary young punk band hailing from the streets of Chicago,IL. No? Well then, Michaelane is truly the story behind the story and they aim to keep it that way (sort of)... Michaelane formed in the late spring of 2004 and have been very busy ever since playing shows, touring, writing songs, recording, switching practice spots and having a blast all the while. Michaelane has toured nationally reaching Arizona, California, Indiana, Florida, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin that were all BIG fun. Michaelane has played on notable stages across the country ranging from the famed House of Blues Chicago to the House of Blues Anaheim to the Key Club Hollywood to the legendary Fireside Bowl right here in Chicago! In May of 2007 Michaelane released their debut full length album entitled, "Straight From the Ghetto" on FuckHouse Records here in the United States and on InyaFace Records in Japan. In September 2008 Michaelane's hit song "Party House" was released on "Rock Out Chicago's - Rock Out Mixtape" which was a compilation released by FuckHouse Records & Rock Out Media, LLC. In June of 2009 Michaelane releases "Paper, Scissors, Rock!" on World Records USA and on InyaFace Records in Japan.
