Metalob is a solo project of Masumi Samukawa from Japan. He presented his track to many kinds of compilation and vinyl in Japan. but "Plastic Forest" is the first and also the world release album in Metalob. He's been working on many studio works lile Fashion shows and commercials. His rock gig is gonna be spectacular from now on. That would be shown as Real Rock in the background of his works from performances. he turned to electric music from a guitarist with Drum'n Bass as a start. Befor then, he was working on demonstrations for music bands by Macintosh, but he is getting to spend on composing based on Macintosh. It did not take long for him to find a new possibility of Breakbeats and play as Metalob. Metalob is a coinage and a short form of "Metal of Breakbeats", and as you will see, his first work was taken a leading part in Breakbeats. After releasing a couple of CDs in Japan, he suddenly quitted giving concerts and his acting as a DJ and a composer. After that Metalob made "Plastic Forest" with his new opus, mixing with the past ones,in the past 2years. Now, he's been working on new opus at quick pace at if he exploded his ideas while haveing a break from music works, but still his new opus definitely lives on his past oriental mood. Although foreigners might think that the ideas of Metalob are funny taste considering Japanese, he is the only one who can make the unique world of music as a Japanese.
