There are at least four bands with the name Metalmorfosis: 1. Metalmorfosis is a heavy metal band from Athens, Greece, heavily influenced by U.S. and European 80's Heavy Metal. In 1989 Nick Banger formed the school band Mad Ages and recorded 3 home demo tapes. In 1993 they changed their name to Spectre and recorded 3 more demo tapes. Ten years later the band rises as Metalmorfosis. Their self titled 12" was released in 2006 which was later re-released on CD with one extra track and a 4-track Japanese issue followed in 2009. After various line up changes the band signed on High Roller Records in 2010 and released the 7" "Mask of Gold". The band's first full length LP is set to come out in spring 2012. 2.
