"Music for your feets!" ..that's right we said "feets!" The Memphis All-Stars are just that an "All Star" band of Memphis finest and most respected musicians. From R&B, to Rock n' Roll, to any music your ear can imagine, the Memphis All-Stars will keep you on the dance floor all night long! The Band Greg Reding: Keyboards, Guitar & Vocals Greg started his career in 1965. In 1968 he worked as a session player for the legendary Stax Record label. During this time he also toured with Blues guitarist Albert King. In 1973, Greg began playing lead guitar and keyboards for the famous southern rock band Black Oak Arkansas.Greg left the group in 1979 to work with Stephen Stills. In 1980, he returned to Memphis to concentrate on song writing. Shortly thereafter, he placed one of his songs on 38 Special's "Strength in Numbers" album, which sold over 1 million copies. In 1983, Greg formed The Memphis All-Stars . . . Robert Clayborne: Keyboards & Vocals Stevie Wonder was a major influence in Robert's career and it is apparent in his style. Robert started his career in 1975, singing and playing in numerous church and gospel groups. In 1987, he released his album"Power to Overcome," which was a local success released through Three Angels Productions. Since the beginning of his career, he has backed such greats as Denise LaSalle, Tyrone Davis, Rufus Thomas, Yolanda Adams, Al Green and others. Tommy Cathey: Bass & Vocals Tommy has been in the main stay on Memphis music since 1969. H
