The band “Memorija” (eng. Memory) is a Macedonian rock band formed in 1984 and in the beginning they played pop-rock. The band was formed by band’s guitar player Dusan Trpkovski (Ringo) and Petar Georgievski.After demo record in Beograd the band release hit song NENA and after that Dushan and vocalist Zoran left the band and than Petar Georgievski and some new members record their first debut album “Ogan pod zvezdite” (eng. Fire under the stars) included: Apostol Poce Ikonomov (vocals), Petar Georgievski (bass guitar), Antonio Dimitrievski (drums), Dejan Kuzmanovski and Valentino Skenderovski (keyboards), Ico Jovkovski and Vane Popovikj (guitars). After the vocalist’s replacement (Poce’s place took Risto Samardjiev), the band’s end was inevitable. The unsuccessful concert in Universal Hall in winter 1996, forced the band to quit working.
