Mehrnigori Rustam (also spelled Mehrnigor, Tajik: Меҳрнигори Рустам) is a pop singer from Tajikistan. Mehrnigori was born on October 14, 1994 in Khovaling district, Tajikistan. Mehrnigori started singing at the age of 5 and has participated in many competitions. She graduated from the international school of Dushanbe in 2011. She was a student of the academic faculty of the Tajik National Conservatory named after Talabhuja Sattorov and received a higher education. Her brother Safarmuhammad Rustam (also spelled Safarmohammed, Tajik: Сафармуҳаммад Рустам) is also a singer. In 2001, Mehrnigori took part in the competition "Buds of Hope", then in 2003 in the competition "Sunshine" and won the grand prize of this competition. Later, she won gold and silver medals in the international competition "Yedinji Turkish Olympics" in Turkey. In 2006, she won two gold medals in the "Delphi Games" competition among the CIS youths - in the section of folk songs and popular songs. The contest Jilo-2014 was held in Dushanbe city according to 12 nominations and for the first time at the international level. In one of the sections of the contest in the category of "Modern and popular music", best female singer went to Mehrnigori Rustam and best male singer to Nobovar Chanorov (Tajik: Нобовар Чаноров, Persian: ناباور چناراف).
