American music legends and old friends, Mavis Staples and Levon Helm, re-united at Helm's place in Woodstock, NY, in 2011. They made music together and performed in front of a small audience at Helm's barn. Helm passed away the next year. The recordings of this very special live performance, with a little help from some friends, were released as an album eleven years later, entitled Carry Me Home.
