Matthia Ferrabosco (baptized 16. July 1550 in Bologna; buried 23. February 1616 in Graz) was an Italian composer and singer, part of a celebrated family of musicians and composers. Ferrabosco was an altist at the Grazer Hofkapelle from 1581. Since 1588 he was director of the boys' choir and from 1603 deputy bandmaster. He was the teacher of Vinko Jelić.
