Thanks for stopping by. I’m Matt. I lead worship with student ministries at Casas Church in Tucson, AZ. This is the part where I’m obliged to tell you that my opinions don’t necessarily reflect those of my employer (although I’d like to think they mostly do). For the better part of 10 years, I’ve been blessed to be a part of worship bands and worship ministry in varying capacities. I believe that the Church should be a hub of artistic activity. I’m of the conviction that the profound and mysterious truth of the Gospel of Jesus is something that needs to be expressed not just in words (which sometimes fail us), but also in things like song and dance and brushstrokes.
