The Matt Bretton Band is a band formed by 4 musicians who wanted more from their education at Franklin and Marshall College. Formed in 2012 with the common desire to create emotion and feeling through intense lyrics and simplistic yet, beautiful melodies, the band is a constantly moving machine writing songs that explore complex emotion and relationships. This is a mutual experience where the input of every musician can be felt on every song and help to make it an experience to be seen, not just heard. A band of brothers came together to make a sound that combines the intimacy of singer/songwriter music with the fun that country artists have.
